With requests 35 million books there!

The Wijchen Public Library has an extensive collection. Yet you sometimes want to borrow something that is only available at another library. That is why there is now requesting the brand new service. This allows you to easily search and request from your own library and at other libraries.

From now on you can borrow online at all libraries in the Netherlands. Then you have more than 35 million books, CDs, DVDs and music sites!

This is how online borrowing works through requests:

• Search online in the collection; That is possible by title, author or subject.

• Click on requests to request a found book (or other item).

• Log in with the membership number that is on your library card.

• If we have the book ourselves in the collection, you will receive an email that it is ready for you.

• If the book is available at another library, requests will take care of the application for you for the amount of € 3.00.

• You can usually pick up the book at the Wijchen Library within a week or the service points in Bergharen and Alverna
